Pushup w/ Kickup x 15
Knee Dips x 20
Bent over Row x 20
Plank Pull-Throughs x 20
5:00 Rest
Then
AMRAP 20 (As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes) of:
Lunge w/ Weighted Rotation x 20
Mountain Climbers x 20
Lateral Lunge x 20
Soup Can Y to W to T x 5
Plank w/ Outside Rotation x 20
Cool Down
Deep breathing the Full Body Warmup we've been doing would be perfect here. And roll out/stretch anything particularly tight. Meditate - it's good for ya!
