Combining strength, cardio, power, and interval training, the ALCHEY workout will drive and inspire you to get fit, stay fit, and be at your best every day. Classes are constantly varied and individually designed by our internationally-known instructors to provide our clients with the safest and most effective strength building, stamina increasing workouts. We use tools such as (but never limited to) barbells, kettlebells, rowers, skiERGs, body weight exercises, slam balls, and sleds to keep things fun and effective. Our programming meets you where you are physically and mentally to help you reach your limitless potential. Train with purpose.

1hr sessions. Classes capped at 10 to provide careful individual attention.

Personal Training (In Person or Virtual)

Work with a trainer 1-on-1. They will devise your own unique program to suit your individual goals and provide nutritional guidance if requested. Perfect for both short- and long-term programming. Personalized programming is also available for those wanting to workout at their own home/gym.

Women's strength

Build a strong physique for life! Our Women's Strength class utilizes a variety of equipment for fun, innovative workouts. Perfect for all fitness levels.
