Small Group Classes
Unique combination of strength, cardio, power, and endurance training, all packed into fun and effective programs designed in-house by our internationally known trainers. We use all sorts of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, skiERGs, slam balls, sleds, and your own body, to engineer an exciting and purposeful workout every time.
1hr sessions. Classes capped at 10 to provide every member the attention they deserve.
Personal Training (In Person or Virtual)

Work with a trainer 1-on-1. They will devise your own unique program to suit your individual goals and provide nutritional guidance if requested. Perfect for both short- and long-term programming. Personalized programming is also available for those wanting to workout at their own home/gym.
