Classes & Personal training


Combining strength, cardio, power, and interval training, the ALCHEMY workout will drive and inspire you to get fit, stay fit, and be at your best every day. Classes are constantly varied and individually designed by our internationally-known instructors to provide our clients with the safest and most effective strength building, calorie burning workouts. Using tools such as (but never limited to) barbells, kettlebells, rowers, skiERGs, body weight exercises, medicine balls, and sleds, the ALCHEMY workout meets you where you are physically to help you reach your limitless physical and mental potential. 


In small group sessions, our instructors give individual attention to each athlete for a full body, high intensity, cardio and strength workout.


MWF 5:30am; M-F 7:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm; Sat 8:00am, 9:00am

Personal Training (In Person or Virtual)

Work with a trainer one-on-one who will devise your own unique workout program to suit your individual goals. Perfect for both short- and long-term programming. Personalized programming also available for those wanting to workout at their own home/gym. 

Women's Strength

Build a strong, lean physique for life! Our Women's Strength class utilizes a variety of weight equipment for fun, innovative workouts. Perfect for all fitness and strength levels.

Barbell (Power and Olympic)

For intermediate to advanced lifters, Barbell puts the focus on weightlifting movements, including skill work, strength cycles, and specific accessory work. Perfect for the life-athlete and competitor alike. 


M-F 4:30pm

Restorative Yoga

Designed to improve mobility, increase stability and help restore your body after a vigorous workout. Class incorporates strength building flowing postures, stability generating long holds and soft tissue work to restore functionality. Class structure complements movements explored in the days Alchemy or Bootcamp class to allow for focused renewal and recovery. All memberships include this class.

Alchemy Body Challenge

6-Week Total Body Transformation! Classes are 4 times a week and include customized nutrition and wellness coaching. You will use a variety of fun equipment to challenge you physically and mentally to jump start your fitness goals.
