We're starting a workout series as part of our #stayathome COVID-19 pandemic response. BUT this workout series is perfectly appropriate for anyone to jump into at any time.
There will be videos showing alternative equipment ideas for those with little to no equipment - and don't worry, alternative does NOT mean inferior. You'll still be able to kick your own behind with sheets, rice sacks, etc., we promise you.
These workouts also build on themselves and are programmed with an eye towards appropriate work/rest periods to still build your various metabolic systems - to create an all-around healthier + stronger you. No, this series will not be testing your 1 rep max deadlift, but you will be creating a SOLID structure from which to embark on that once you're back in the gym.
For those of you who DO have access to barbells, various weights, KBs, and the like, we will be including in the workouts appropriate options for those if you'd like to interchange those in.
